Our Faculty is committed to acting in accordance with the following values in its work and decision-making processes:

• It upholds accountability, transparency, fairness, merit and legitimacy
  in its decision-making processes.
• It bases its decisions on scientific methods and complete and accurate information.
• It embraces innovation and competitiveness at a global level in its objectives.
• In education, scientific research and projects, it supports an interdisciplinary approach and
  teamwork.
• It is mindful of its social responsibility and respects national and universal cultural values
  and the environment.
• In its work, it takes a holistic approach to the health of the individual, the family, society and the environment.
• It prioritises sustainability at both national and global levels in all its activities.
• It defends the indispensability of the fundamental characteristics of our Republic—defined in our Constitution as a secular, democratic, social and constitutional state and the unitary structure of our country, which is embodied in the concept of citizenship as set out in our Constitution.
• Aware that the very foundation of its existence lies in the freedom of its people and the independence of its country and state; it is bound by a sense of loyalty  first and foremost to Mustafa Kemal ATATÜRK, and to all people and its own staff  not to individual interests, but to the institutional and organisational structure that constitutes its raison d’être, which it designs, implements and contributes to sustaining.

It serves its country with this same sense of devotion.
